Promote Hillmuth at Glenwood Middle and Bushy Park Elementary School There are several teachers from Glenwood Middle School that are appreciative customers that we pick-up their car, collect keys at the door or school office and return the car after service with payment by credit card. The keys are returned at the door or to the office. It may be profitable to leverage these customers with a direct promotion to the teachers and administrators at the school. The convenience seems to be important as it eliminates the need to have their car serviced after school hours, weekends or arrive later in the day. In the case of arriving later in the day, our service reduces the need for short term class room or office coverage. Schools are always in need of supplies and many organizations do donate items such as boxes of tissues (square smaller boxes), spiral notebooks, pencils, crayons are common examples. Print or place sticker with Hillmuth information on these donated supplies that emphasize car pick-up and delivery service, local family company strongly involved in local community service, quality service and repairs, and location with contact information. The first step would be to arrange a meeting with the appropriate administrator to outline the program and the supplies needed. The tissue box has to be one of the items as it is used frequently by the teachers. Promote Hillmuth at Glenwood Senior Center and Library This same or similar program may be applicable to Senior Center and Library. We did sponsor a hay ride during their fall festival. There may be additional ways to promote Hillmuth through donation of computers or other inexpensive equipment with the Hillmuth information put on the monitor or other visible space. Promote Hillmuth in Surrounding Neighborhoods Leverage regular customers that use shuttle service to promote Hillmuth Auto Care in the surrounding neighborhood. This might be accomplished by offering discount coupons or free oil changes to place a Hillmuth sign on the current customer’s lawn. Another possibility may be to have a direct mailing to neighbors indicating that the regular customer “Joe” takes advantage of free shuttle service to repair or service his cars at Hillmuth. Offering this existing customer the same as in item 1 to use his name in the mailing.
